Step Up Solutions was founded in 2004, and has been providing Marketing and Events management to the West Coast ever since. Located in Hokitika and headed by Jo Kearns, Step Up Solutions has a range of clients from small local businesses to large Government organisations.
After 14 years of experience in marketing, Jo believes in using marketing tools to grow good ideas and get more people informed. This is relevant to a fabulous new product, a must attend event or an opportunity to provide enjoyment on holiday or on a day to day basis.
An increase in customers, or growth of repeat business, is the result of ‘getting the word out.’ This can be helped by market research which tells us who to start conversations with, how and where. The marketing plan co-ordinates the approach and integrates actions into daily business operations.
